ANALISIS GENDER TERHADAP KDRT: STUDI KASUS PEREMPUAN PENYINTAS KDRT YAYASAN SPEK-HAM SURAKARTA

Dimasa sekarang kajian dan gerakan keperempuanan makin gencar dilakukan untuk menyuarakan keberpihakanya terhadap perempuan. Selaras dengan keadaan perempuan yang masih sering mengalami ketidakadilan gender dan masih banyak permasalahan yang merugikan perempuan. Salah satunya adalah permasalahan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Dalam kasus KDRT perempuan yang sering menjadi korban hal tersebut dikarenakan budaya patriarki yang menganggap perempuan sebagai inferior dan tersubordinasi. Penelitian tentang penyintas KDRT yang ditangani Yayasan SPEK-HAM Surakarta bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan KDRT menggunakan prespektif gender. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam melibatkan lima informan. Teori dominasi maskulin milik Pierre Bourdieu dipilih sebagai pisau analisis dalam membedah kasus KDRT. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa faktor utama terjadi KDRT adalah perselingkuhan, ekonomi dan kepribadian suami. Bentuk KDRT yang ditemukan yaitu KDRT fisik, psikis, penelantaran ekonomi dan kekerasan seksual. Dari permasalahan tersebut korban KDRT mengalami proses pemulihan trauma atau psikis yang panjang dan menjadi sebagai penyintas KDRT.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, women's studies and movements are increasingly being carried out to voice their siding with women. In line with the situation of women who still often experience gender injustice and there are still many problems that harm women. One of them is the problem of Domestic Violence (KDRT). In the case of domestic violence, women are often victims of this because of the patriarchal culture that considers women as inferior and subordinated. Research on survivors of domestic violence handled by the SPEK-HAM Surakarta Foundation aims to analyze the problem of domestic violence using a gender perspective. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Sampling using technique purposive sampling with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews involving five informants. Pierre Bourdieu's theory of masculine dominance was chosen as the analytical knife in dissecting domestic violence cases. The findings of this study stated that the main factors for domestic violence were infidelity, economy and the husband's personality. The forms of domestic violence found were physical, psychological, economic neglect and sexual violence. From these problems, victims of domestic violence experience a long process of trauma or psychological recovery and become survivors of domestic violence.
